General Conditions

When purchasing, the customer must be at least 18 years old or, if a minor, be able to provide proof of the agreement of their legal representatives. SBD Malta reserves the right to ask the customer to confirm, by any appropriate means, their identity, their eligibility and the information communicated during the purchase.

The products ordered remain the property of SBD Malta until receipt of full payment corresponding to their sale.

Prices and additional costs

Prices are indicated in Euros and are valid for the territory of Malta and Gozo. They take into account possible reductions as well as the Maltese VAT applicable on the day of the order.

The prices indicated on the site are guaranteed on the day of the order within the limits of available stocks, and except for obvious typographical errors or omissions. SBD Malta reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The prices indicated do not take into account shipping costs which are calculated and invoiced or offered at the time of validation of the order and depending on the country of delivery.
