Refund policy

Before any order validation, the customer is invited to check its contents: quantity, product references (models, coulors and sizes), delivery address and means of payment. SBD Malta cannot be held responsible in the event of an error. 

For any return or exchange, the customer must complete the returns and exchanges form available on the site as well as contact customer service: contact@sbdmalta.com in advance within 14 days following receipt of the package. After this period, no returns, exchanges or refunds will be possible.

Customer service is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A response will be sent to you within 72 hours excluding public holidays.

The customer may be reimbursed under certain conditions: 

SBD Malta guarantees reshipment and reimbursement of items only if all items are returned in the same original condition. Items must not be damaged, stained, washed, deformed, worn, without traces of makeup and that all labels are still intact. The equipment cannot be used during training.

Socks cannot be returned or exchanged.

The items must be returned in their original packaging to the following address:

After receipt and verification of the items, SBD Malta will exchange or refund the order. Reshipping and return costs remain the responsibility of the customer. In cases where the items do not meet these criteria, SBD Malta reserves the right not to reimburse for the simple reason that these items cannot be put back on sale.

All exchanges and refunds will be made within 7 working days once SBD Malta has acknowledged receipt of the customer's return package. The refund will always be made to the same payment method as that used when ordering.

All SBD Apparel products undergo a rigorous quality control process. We expect our products to meet the highest standards and guarantee our products against manufacturing defects. In the event of a lack of conformity and a defective item, SBD Malta undertakes to reimburse or exchange the item. SBD Malta apologises in advance for this inconvenience and will cover the shipping costs. The customer must contact after-sales service: contact@sbdmalta.com, attaching the order reference and the photo of the defect.

If you have received the wrong item, SBD Malta apologises in advance for this error and invites you to contact after-sales service: contact@sbdmalta.com , attaching your order number and the photo of the item received in error. A return or exchange will be possible. SBD Malta will cover all shipping costs.

If a return is made on an order paid for with a gift card, the amount of the item will then be credited back to the gift card in question. No reduction or gift card may be subject to bank reimbursement.
